The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation is proof of your unparalleled service and true commitment to the craft of buyer representation while earning your benefits across the board. The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with buyer-clients and want to take their excellence and service to the next level. This is a Two-day core designation course Deadline to request a printed instruction manual is February 6th 2026 by 5:00pm. Registration after February 6th will receive the digital version only.  OMCAR Members Only $79   NON OMCAR Member  $150

  • Refund Policy when registering for a Certification or Designation course – All cancellations requests must be in writing. Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 4:00 pm the day preceding each module. All paid tuition, less a $25 Cancellation Fee and/or Transfer Fee, will be refunded. No REFUNDS will be given for cancellations made the day of or after the module. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be received in writing within 15 days after module start date). Cancellation requests will be handled only through OMCAR. (Adopted 04/17)
