Dan has been a real estate broker in Florida since 1997, and an agent since 1995.  He has worked mortgage broker and held a title insurance license.  Dan has also served as a financial planner holding a number of NASD/FINRA licenses.  His expertise is in Self Directed IRA's for wealth building through buy and hold SFR and MF.  He currently owns a private capital exchange which also serves as a commercial lending company for residential and commercial properties (business purpose loans), he owns several roofing and construction companies.  In addition to an accounting degree and having passed CCIM courses, he holds a number of state licenses include Florida Building Inspector (commercial and residential Code inspections, not home inspections), GC, roofing.  He also started and runs a non-profit professional association of building officials, engineers and architects.  Dan drafts some of the permitting and inspection laws that have become state statutes.  His focus is on working with investors, helping them build wealth.
