In depth experience with horse farms and their special needs with many disciplines along with the needs when moving across states with horses. Experienced as a horse trainer, breeder and rider involving hunters & jumpers along with owning a farm where we have held carriage shows and jumping shows. Currently board horses on our farm along with raising cattle and hay. Farm has also catered to dressage horses and pleasure horses. New construction is another area that I specialize in having started my licensing with a builder as their dedicated agent. As a part owner of a mobile home park, also having owned numerous apartments and multi-housing, I have in depth experience on rentals and investments along with commercial properties. Previously managed and owned The Shoppes of Pleasant Grove in Louisville & West Jefferson Place office building in Lexington, KY along with a shopping center in Nicholasville, KY.
